Here are 3 Chia Seed Recipes that anyone´ll find tasty and healthy, of course:

Chia Seed Fruit Drink

Serves: 10 / 11 Cups


  • 1/4 cup of fresh lime or lemon juice (2 limes or 1 lemon, large)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar OR 1/4 to 1/3 cup of Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
  • 10 cups (2 1/2 qts) Water


Add all ingredients to a pitcher or a sealable container.

Wisk ingredients well in pitcher or shake sealed container well. Wisk or shake well again after 10 – 15 minutes
Finally, Chill for 30 minutes or more.

It will last in refrigerator for about 5 days.

And here are some deserts:

Chocolate Truffles (Gluten Free)


  • 1 cup of raw unsoaked walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup of coconut water
  • 4 tablespoons of raw carob
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds


Blend the walnuts and dates in a food processer until reaching a smooth texture.
Then mix the carob, coconut water and chia seed.

Apricot Truffles (Gluten Free)


  • 1 cup of almonds, soaked for 12 – 48 hours and blanched
  • 1 cup of dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup of honey dates
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds


Process the almonds, apricots, and dates through a champion juicer using the solid plate or a food processor using the “s” blade.
Then add the chia seeds, lemon zest and vanilla.
Form dough into small balls and chill before serving.
