This is a really simple recipe, fast, easy, and what’s best, it doesn’t have any cooking step.
Make a break from what you’re doing and give youserlf and your family a healthy and yummie treat with this deliciously fresh banana dessert.

But remember, if your on a diet, CAUTION!

Serves: 15 (9 x 12 inch pan)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 medium bananas, finely sliced
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 8 maraschino cherries,halved
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves

PREPARATION

  1. Blend the melted butter or margarine with the graham crackers and press into the bottom of one 9 x 12 inch pan.
  2. Blend the confectioner’s sugar and the cream cheese together until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker crumb layer.
  3. Layer the crushed pineapple and the bananas over the cream cheese layer, and whip it for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the whipped topping over the top.
  5. Decorate with maraschino cherry halves.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with pecans.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours then serve.
