This green mixture, prepared with fresh ingredients, soothes and softens the skin.

Ingredients

(with this formula you can make approx. 10 oz., enough for 1 treatment.)

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced fresh carrot root
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cups fresh, sliced zucchini squashes
  • 1/2 cup vegetable water (left over from steaming veggies)
  • 1/2 cup French green clay
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops ylang ylang essential oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all the vegetables and steam until soft and tender.
  2. Let vegetables cool completelyand save 1/2 cup of their cooking water.
  3. Put the water and veggies in blender or foodprocessor and process until smooth, pale green and creamy.
  4. Using a whisk or fork, stir inthe clay and essential oils.
  5. When finished, spread the creamy mask all over your body usinga small paintbrush.
  6. Let the mask sit on your skin for 10-15 mins.
  7. Wrap an old towel aroundyourself and lie down if you like.
  8. Rinse off body mask with a warm shower and use a richmoisturizer afterward.
