Not just another diet program promise !

It’s funny how every 3 weeks another company comes out with a new product that claims to be the best diet supplement ever created. Here’s one of their commercials. “It’s guaranteed to work, without changing anything you do. You don’t have to exercise, just take our amazing product and the pounds just fall off. I went from a size 12 to a size 2 in only 2 months”. I have one simple question? If all those company’s had the perfect diet supplement that worked, why is there new one coming out every month? Because they don’t work, that’s why.

Every company today is gearing towards low calorie, fat and cholesterol products. They have turned everyone into overweight, lazy people with all their high fat, steroid injected, artificially colored and all those do you want to super-size meals. Talk about job security. First well overfeed them and make them un-healthy and fat, then well sell them low fat, healthy stuff. We are so programmed to eat processed food that is so unhealthy for us that it’s hard to change. So now for only $300 a month they will send you all the food you eat, or you can buy all those new low fat and calorie snacks already packed in “100 calorie bags” so you don’t sit there and eat the whole bag. Or you can just go “green”, which is definitely healthier for you but not too healthy for your wallet.

The facts are you need to eat right and get the proper vitamins and minerals but you also need to get some kind of exercise. You don’t have to be a gym nut but just a walk, anything to raise your heart rate. It’s that simple. You don’t need to pay $300 a month for food delivered to your house. You don’t have to spend the mortgage money, just to buy everything “green” without chemicals and additives that are very expensive.

If you could just eat a better breakfast and lunch and a regular dinner, and take a walk a couple times a week, you would loose weight. Most people have very hectic lives so breakfast is some coffee and donuts and maybe an energy drink. Lunch is something from a “fast food” place because there’s not always time to pack a good lunch. If you could just change these you would loose weight.

Here’s how I fixed my breakfast and lunch problems and lost weight, without feeling hungry or tired. I take a natural supplement that is a “whole food supplement”.
