Do not think it twice and immerse yourself in one of these revitalizing baths. Recover your lost energy:

  1. Let rest for 4 hours, 400 grs. of bay leaves in a bowl. Then put this preparation (without the bay leaves) in the bathtub with hot water. Add also a few drops of mint essence. This bath is also perfect for bedtime.
  2. Boil 100 grs. lavender, 40 grs.of rosemary and 30 grs. of thyme in a liter of water for 10 minutes. Put this preparation (without the herbs) in the water bath and relax within it.
