Chakra Meditation
Submitted by Penelope3717 (view website)A simple yet highly effective method of bringing your chakra’s back into balance is with a chakra meditation exercise. Perform the following exercise lying down in a quiet place where you will have approximately 15minutes. Start with your root chakra (located at the pubic area) and gently rotate your hand in a counterclockwise motion while thinking about the color RED. Breathe freely and deeply for several breaths. Complete the exercise by gently rotating your hand now in a clockwise pattern to “close” the chakra back to it original direction. Repeat this exercise over each chakra area of the body while concentrating on the associated color. It would also be helpful to have a silk scarf or eye pillow of the color that relates to each chakra placed over each area while performing this exercise. Regular performance should help to bring balance.
