Chakras and Crystals
Submitted by Penelope Marshall (view website)Our bodies chakra centers resonate to the colors of the visible spectrum of light as I previously mentioned. There are many ways to stimulate and balance these amazing energy centers of our body. Among these methods are… sitting in sunlight for an hour each day, using full spectrum light bulbs, wearing vibrant colors next to your body, color bathing, using color therapy glasses and other color therapy products and tools and also by wearing crystal gemstone jewelry specifically designed to enhance and stimulate the chakra centers. There are many gemstones that will help to achieve this goal but I would like to list a few of the more economical choices that are available to us.
Hematite is excellent for grounding us to the Earth, allowing us to stay fully present in our body increasing stabilty and courage.
Red Tigers Eye for the red rood chakra connects us to our physical self, enhancing the bodies inner strength, health and vitality.
Carnelian for the orange sacral chakra connects us to our emotions and helps to enhance feelings of intimacy. It helps to remove inhibitions and can strength relationships.
Citrine for the yellow solar plexus chakra helps to improve thought and mental clarity, learning and self- esteem.
Aventurine for the green heart chakra aids in forgiveness, sincerity and compassion.
Sodalite for the blue throat chakra powers our ability to express ourselves, reinforcing communication and aids in reducing stress.
Amethyst for the indigo brow chakra connects us to our unconscious and heightens our imagination, understanding and intuition.
Quartz Crystal for the violet crown chakra resonates to our spirit, bringing guidence, purifying our thoughts and giving inspriation.
