Water: the importance in our life.
Submitted by AlicinhaOur body is an average of 60% water. Of this 60%, 40% is the intracellular water and extracellular water is 20%, and this water is inside the cell (20%), 5% is blood plasma and the remaining 15 % interstitial water remains, that is, within the cells. It is precisely this interstitial water, which can be played from certain strategies for incorporation into the cell (in the muscle fiber) for getting this aspect rock hard and dear to fitness and cultures.
Daily, the water balance occurs approximately as follows, depending on body weight:
INCOME OF WATER
Liquid 1500 ml.
Food 1000 ml.
Metabolic water 300 ml.
TOTAL 2800 ml.
ELIMINATION OF WATER
Kidney (urine) 1500 ml.
Lung 350 ml.
200 ml faeces.
Skin (sweat) 750 ml .
Additionally, to get an idea of the volume of water in each compartment, a reference to a man about 70 kg would be:
Intracellular 26 liters water.
12 liters of interstitial water.
4 liters water plasma.
