The fruit is mainly fructose (which can be easily converted into glucose), in most cases is 90-95% water. This means that it is cleaning and feeding the same time.
You must always eat fruit on an empty stomach, the reason is that the fruit is not digested in the stomach, it is digested in the small intestine. Fruit quickly passes through the stomach, then pass into the intestine, where they release their sugars. If there were meat, potatoes and starches in the stomach, the digestion of the fruits last longer, and its sugars begin to ferment.
