The fruits of yellow and orange color contain good doses of betacarotens, precursors of vitamin A. This vitamin is indispensable for the formation of weaves, the mucous and the cells of the skin.

Also they contribute to restrain the action of free radicals and, therefore, the cutaneous aging and of other organs.

The citruses, red kiwi and fruits are rich in vitamin C, besides their antioxidant role, intervene in the production of collagen that offers elasticity to the skin and does that deteriorate more slowly.
