Our fourth Chakra center, the Heart center is also known as Anahata and resonates to the color green.  This energy center is located in the center of the chest and bridges the gap from our lower survival oriented chakras to our higher spiritual chakras.  It is here that we find the balance between the two.

Think of the human body like a tree on this beautiful planet that we live on.  Our red or root chakra connects us to the Earth, our orange or sacral chakra controls the water in our body and provides the necessary nutrition to our cells to encourage growth, yellow in the solar plexus chakra is the sunny ray of light needed to allow growth.  All of this energy leads us to the green heart chakra.  The wondrous display of all of the previous energy that connects us to the blue sky and the light and knowledge beyond.

A balanced heart chakra is necessary to achieve higher vibrational energy.  It is the center of our love, and self confidence.  Green energy in the form of color therapy products helps to relax muscles, nerves, and thoughts giving us a sense of peace and harmony.  Oh! What a feeling!
