Our main chakra centers resonate to a vibrational frequency that is mirrored in the form of colors, sound, and thoughts. When you wish to connect to and balance your energy, think about what it is that you want to accomplish and where the imbalance may be located. Are you having difficulty expressing yourself? If so, you may need BLUE energy that is controlled in your throat chakra. Perhaps you want to express your creativity or are having difficulty with expressing your spontaneous and creative side. In this case ORANGE energy located in the sacral chakra would be the color and frequency needed. The seven main chakras control all of your biological activity. When they are balanced, your body, mind and spirit will become balanced. One very simple exercise is to focus your attention on the flame of a candle that is the color of the chakra you intend to stimulate. Chakra Candles are inexpensive yet allows you to focus energy to the chakra simply by meditating on the candle flame for several minutes. Give yourself permission to expand and harmonize your energy and balance your mind.
