Take time each day to ask yourself what type of energy you are in need of. Simple observations throughout the day can direct you to the color energy that you need at the time to bring balance and harmony back to your life.
When your skin is pale and you have dark (blue) circles under your eyes. Red will help to get your blood moving, giving you a warm glow and remove those blue circles. If you feel that the lightness has gone from your step and you’re lacking cheerfulness, Orange is the color you need.  Tired eyes in need of sparkle require Yellow cheerful energy to bring back the spark to the eyes. A stiff smile with tight lips is in need of Green energy that flows through the heart giving your smile radiance. When you find yourself unable to concentrate and clarity of thought is a challenge, Blue energy will give you concentration and control. Indigo energy is the key if you feel alone, misunderstood or feel that you are losing control. Indigo reconnects us to the Universe and all living creatures. If life feels heavy and difficult you most likely need Violet energy to give you inspiration and a feeling of being someone special. Because YOU ARE.
