Diet to increase bust size
Submitted by AlicinhaAdding the following foods to your healthy diet can help you achieve well-developed breasts that you’ve been dreaming to have.
THE AWAKENING
- 3 ounces of grape juice packaging.
- ½ tsp. olive oil.
- drops of white wine vinegar or red wine .
BREAKFAST:
- 1 cup of cereal normal.
- 7 ounces of whole milk.
LUNCH:
- 2 slices whole wheat bread.
- 2 ounces cottage cheese 4%.
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise.
- 7 ounces of fruit juice.
DINNER
- 4 ounces vegetable soup (already cooked) beef, or chicken.
- At least 1 cup of cooked or raw vegetables can be included potato and corn (maize).
- 1 medium piece of fresh fruit.
A mid-afternoon:
- 1 Reb. pie or cake 3 ounces of any kina
Before bedtime:
- 3 ounces of grape juice packaging.
