THE AWAKENING

  • 3 ounces of grape juiceg.
  • ½ tsp. olive oil.
  • drops of white wine vinegar or red wine .

BREAKFAST:

  • 1 cup of cereals.
  • 7 ounces of whole milk.

LUNCH:

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread.
  • 2 ounces cottage cheese 4%.
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise.
  • 7 ounces of fruit juice.

DINNER

  • 4 ounces vegetable soup (already cooked) beef, or chicken.
  • At least 1 cup of cooked or raw vegetables can be included potato and corn (maize).
  • 1 medium piece of fresh fruit.

A mid-afternoon:

  • 1 Reb. pie or cake 3 ounces of any kind.

Before bedtime:

  • 3 ounces of grape juice.
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil.
  • drops of white wine vinegar or red wine.
