If you have had a night of fun, consider these little tips:

  • Eat Eggs: Fried, scrambled, or poached, eggs contain tons of cysteine, an amino acid that may help mop up hangover-causing toxins.
  • Drink Sports Drinks: It’s a quick way to replenish lost electrolytes and potassium. Bananas and bouillon soup are also good sources of the mineral.
  • You can also drink juices, orange or tomato are the most recommended because it will recover the vitamins that alcohol has done to lose and give us energy.
  • Don`t drink more alcohol. The idea that a good beer removes a hangover is not true.
  • Stick a good warm shower, it´ll stimulate the muscles of the head and make a nice feeling.
