What to do for the hangover?

- Eat Eggs: Fried, scrambled, or poached, eggs contain tons of cysteine, an amino acid that may help mop up hangover-causing toxins.
- Drink Sports Drinks: It’s a quick way to replenish lost electrolytes and potassium. Bananas and bouillon soup are also good sources of the mineral.
- You can also drink juices, orange or tomato are the most recommended because it will recover the vitamins that alcohol has done to lose and give us energy.
- Don`t drink more alcohol. The idea that a good beer removes a hangover is not true.
- Stick a good warm shower, it´ll stimulate the muscles of the head and make a nice feeling.
